8Hard Games force us to learn and adapt, look at Elden Ring and Dark Souls where we adapt to the game not the game to us. And while Video Games come in many flavors, the more complex and more challenging games seem to be more and more popular. There is a really good reason for this embedded deep in our brains.
Our brains work in a way that makes overcoming challenges very rewarding and these difficult games are tapping that natural reaction.
