1,354Peter Hann, the Portfolio Manager thinks that shares and put options in AMC and Gamestop could be hidden overseas. Even though some funds have been shorting AMC from $70, many funds were shorting AMC at $8 and are still heavily underwater.

A massive amount of Put options in Gamestop showed up on the bloomberg terminal not too long ago, suggesting over 10x the gamestop float was being hidden in put options overseas.
This would be done to ensure that the number of put options wouldn't have to be reported in the US by US banks.
It seems to only be getting worse for those shorting AMC.
Adam Aron the CEO of AMC also gave some updates on future shareholder meetings where they will accept ideas from shareholders and also commented on the number of shares in issue.
