At the Borderlands 3 Gameplay Reveal, Randy Pitchford announced that Borderlands 3 won't have any microtransactions. Shortly after, PCGamer tweeted that Borderlands 3 would feature microtransactions but only for cosmetics. So this just brings up the question... when is a Microtransaction good, bad, or ugly to gamers.
