The only event of significance here, is the acquisition of a second Beam Expansion located at Central Mining Station. Due to the presence of Spider Tracks, I was fooled into the belief I needed the Spider Ball to get to it. While that is good news for when I'll finally be able to normally proceed, it also meant critical items continue to stubbornly refuse to show themselves. Video timeline:

(0:00) Intro and Map assessment.

(8:38) Dark Aether's Torvus Bog.

(17:36) Light Aether Meditation Vista's. Platform desperate attempt.

(26:42) Back to Agon Wastes.

(38:47) Beam Expansion at Central Mining Station.

(42:27) Fooled by the environment.

(45:55) Central Mining Station top side. Getting the Expansion.

Additional Space Pirates showed up as I figured a way to get to what it turned out to be a second Beam Expansion.

(1:03:06) No success in other Spider Track areas...

Because I was fooled by the presence of Spider Tracks at Central Mining Station, that created the possibility that the same might have been true for at least another location containing them. But it was futile. The other areas are more complex in nature.
