We break the ice with Quake II Remastered's campaign, going beyond Nightmare as further options are available to make things even harder when more that one player is involved! Vid timeline:

(0:00) Intro and setup.

Getting to know the options that are available when 2 or more players are involved. Immediately choose to max out enemy health. Lives was set to 3.

(3:33) Intro cutscene.

(7:06) Outer Base.

There are several ways to proceed here. We faced Guard types and Enforcers. All can be very accurate except the Guard armed with the Blaster.

(19:56) Installation.

Guards and Enforcers try to stop us.

(32:29) From Comm Center to Lost Station.

Solo play of the secret level we missed. It allows you to get the Super Shotgun (the objective) before entering the Comm Center to better deal with the Gunners and Parasites.

The latter made their debut here as well as Flyers. Parasites proved to be quite a danger later on with their seemingly unlimited range life sucking tongues.

(1:04:43) From Lost Station to Comm Center.

And so, without Super Shotguns we faced enemies with the normal Shotgun and Machine Gun. In addition to gunfire, Gunners can launch lots of Grenades. Although it turned out their blast radius is small.

(1:28:05) Back at Installation and Exit.

Last wave of enemies. Determined not to let us escape.
