To cure the Striga you need to keep her busy until the dawn, this is signified by the candles on her sarcophagus and will go out one by one until dawn. Make sure to drink a Willow potion to give you immunity from Knockdowns. Willow and Quen will protect Geralt long enough for the next candle to go out. Refresh your Quen at the end of each cut scene. The Striga can trigger pain but it will wear off during the cutscene so you can trigger Quen again and be safe.
