A compilation of deaths and endings for the RPG Maker game Wolf & Rabbit, a slightly weirder version of Little Red Riding Hood that may be weakened by its poor English translation (or perhaps enhanced by it being humorous at times). A wolf kid named Carroll is tricked into the death house that psycho bunny girl Marcia runs to bring her grandma back as a zombie.

It's not very long and is rather curious. The deaths are pretty basic RPG maker effects for most of them so it's not anything comparable to the Witch House or similar games.
