I missed the last couple workouts so I decided to put them all into 1 day. I was dead at the last rep, which I love.
Power Clean + Front Squat + Clean + Jerk (3 sets)
Clean Segment Pull + Clean Pull (2 reps each, 3 sets)
Hang Snatch High Pull (3 reps, 4 sets)
Snatch Balance (3 reps, 3 sets)
Front Squat (4 reps, 3 sets)
Clean and Jerk (3+1) (3 sets)
