I've mentioned in previous videos that the TWEWY games are criminally underrated and its soundtrack, and I'm so happy the original game got a sequel!
Of course I'd have to get around to doing the final boss theme from NEO:TWEWY given how many covers I've done already from the game! This one was a relatively easy cover, as the parts are pretty easy and are barely any leads. I did try to work in a guitar solo but I couldn't find a way to make it seem natural given that there are vocals for majority of the song. However the vocals were a very difficult part of the song to record, as I'm not a great vocalist, and the vocals are kind of weird in this one! A lot of the singing was quite gritty and aggressive which is up my alley, but it was just barely within in my range so I definitely struggled. And then the other vocal sections was something like aggressive rapping, so I attempted to give it a go in my own style but it was definitely a strange challenge! Either way, I hope you enjoy this cover as it was a blast to record!
