Here's our First Look at Tier VIII Premium American Cruiser USS Rochester. I have been re-grinding the American heavy cruiser line of late, and I gotta say I'm excited for Rochester. Though she does lack a heal, her consumable suite mirrors that of Tier VIII American light cruiser USS Cleveland, meaning she has a LOT of utility... only this time, it's backed up by those sweet American-piercing 203mm guns. Is Rochester significantly different from Baltimore in other ways? Let's find out together.
