You can get Spark of life from killing Players ( make sure you are in WAR MODE ON ). War mode can be activated from Orgrimmar or Stormwind. Here's a vid to explain "how" to be in War Mode On. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3V1IudtgWx4&ab_channel=DjDragon

Also make sure you ENABLE PvP : Right click your ICON Face, then Player Versus Players , then ENABLE.

Also from killing RARES, doing dailies and digging treasure. You need SHOVEL to dig treasures. But to get SHOVELS, you need to upgrade your REKNOWN with "Dragonscale Expedition". I forgot which reknown level you had to be.. I think it was the 1st or 2nd one? I know you get the SHOVEL early though.

Shovel cost 15 supplies. I always buy around 20-30 shovels.
