I forgot to mention that War Mode can only be activated while in Stormwind or Orgrimmar. It can be deactivated at any rest location, including inns and other cities.

Go to Azure Span, enable PvP from your icon ( right click your face icon ) player versus player = Enable.

Make sure your are in WAR MODE.

Kill enemy players and/or RARES. Maybe fishing rare works as well not sure. You will get SPARK OF LIFE. You need 200 sparks of life to complete the quest to then get your trophy of strifes.
