メキシコの難関18kmもの凸凹コースのEl Chocolateの逆走です。
セッティングはメキシコ用ってことでいろんなコースに流用できるセッティングです。
凸凹なのでかなりやわらかいセッティングにして凸凹でもタイヤが追従するようにしています。
柔らかいのでロールが大きいですが慣れてくれば気になりません。
前半はほとんどコースを覚えてなくて手探り状態ですので
できるだけ慎重にコースアウトしないように走りました。
ギヤ比としては1と2がクロスすぎるかんじですが次回に修正したいと思います。
中盤に入るところで有名な天空のグラベルロードが出現します。
ここは高い山にあり、両側が谷になっていて見晴らしはいいのですが
スピードがでてるので景色を楽しむ余裕はないです。
中盤は山岳地帯を登ったり下ったりの忙しいエリア。
最後の2つのセクションに入るところで2秒遅れでした。
しかし、ここからはいままでよく走ったSS1、SS2で使われているエリアです。
あきらめず、2秒ぐらいなら挽回可能ですので猛烈にチャージしたところ
なんと15秒差でひっくりかえして優勝でした。
ピンチのあとからの挽回だったので、これは気持ちよかったです!
つきはもう少しギヤ比を変えてみてチャレンジします。

This is a reverse run of El Chocolate, a difficult 18km uneven course in Mexico.
The setting is for Mexico, so it can be used for various courses.
Since the course is uneven, the setting is very soft so that the tires can follow the course even when it is uneven.
Because of the softness, there is a lot of roll, but once you get used to it, it doesn't bother you.
In the first half of the race, I barely remembered the course, so I was in a state of limbo.
I tried to be as cautious as possible to avoid going off course.
The gear ratios of 1 and 2 were too close together, but I'll fix that next time.
At the midway point, the famous gravel road in the sky appeared.
It is located on a high mountain with valleys on both sides.
However, there is no time to enjoy the scenery because the speed is too high.
The middle section is a busy area of climbing and descending through mountainous terrain.
I was two seconds behind going into the last two sections.
However, this is the same area used for SS1 and SS2 that I have ridden so far.
I didn't give up, and charged hard because I knew I could make up about 2 seconds.
I was able to win by 15 seconds.
It was a great feeling because I was in trouble and had to make up for it!
I will try to change the gear ratio a little more for the next race.
