Welcome back to Wurst Gaming! In this dev log, we're diving into the map editor for our 8-bit RPG engine, built entirely within Space Engineers. Today, we’ll be building out a new dungeon, placing NPCs, and setting up map transitions to bring that classic JRPG feel to life. The editor includes layer controls, tile previews, and keyboard shortcuts, all designed to streamline world-building.

Thanks to resources from VideoGameSprites.net and The Spriters Resource, we've got all the nostalgic visuals to capture that Final Fantasy I vibe. This engine's still a work-in-progress, and there’s lots more to come—stay tuned as we keep building!
