Raw opens with Roman Reigns launching a weak promo, and the first match sees Charlotte taking on Bayley, with Sasha Banks as a ringside spectator. Due to Sasha causing a distraction Bayley defeats the WWE Women's champion. Than Sami Zayn and Braun Strowman battle to see who will advance in the tournament, Braun Strowman's size, strength, and durability are not enough to help him defeat Sami Zayn who advances in the Tournament. The Dudley Boys take on the New Day for a shot at the Tag Team Championships at Extreme Rules, and due to a devastating 3D the Dudley Boys score a victory over the New Day. Sheamus takes on United States champion Rusiv with Lana, for a title shot at Extreme Rules. Sheamus successfully pins Rusiv securing himself a spot at Extreme Rules. Than we have the main event where Cesaro is set to take on Seth Rollins in the championship tournament. However Seth Rollins is attacked before the match can even begin, causing the match to end in a no contest. Roman Reigns ruins the main event of Raw, and for that the time has come to test Roman Reigns.
