Ok. I have learned that I am not ready for the base assault mission. Ye gods. I did get a peek at a new enemy there though. A floating brain with a squid beak on it. That will be 'fun' to deal with. But my god, the length of time that mission was on "hidden movement" is terrifying, and it's another two parter. No. Freaking. Way.

The ship mission took another hour for the second half just because of how huge those were. But, being the same base enemies, I was able to get through it with only three more losses. Big profits. As long as this game only sends weak enemies at me, I'm fine. ....That's not going to continue for long, I'm sure. But I did get some more living aliens to interrogate.
