Xbox Lockhart Has 20 Compute Units | Custom RTX 3080 Ti Leaks Out
711The next-generation consoles launch later this year, with the Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X along with the Xbox Lockhart (likely known as the Xbox Series S).
Lockhart is similarly in architecture to the Xbox Series X, albeit with only 20 compute units, although the system is still going to be RDNA 2 based and with a CPU and SSD that's near identical or close enough to being identical to the Xbox Series X.
The RTX 3080 Ti graphics card has supposedly leaked out from ASUS. PReviously, it was thought we would only have an RTX 3080 and RTX 3090 card, which brings up the question if this image is legit, or if we're looking at nvidia changing their mind on the RTX 3090 name, or perhaps the RTX 3080 Ti sitting between the RTX 3080 and GeForce RTX 3090. These graphics cards will be part of Nvidia's Ampere range of geforce cards, and will compute against AMD's RX 6000 series - known as RDNA 2 and Navi 2x.
