The SimEnhancer-tool is an editor of THE SIMS which allows the player to customize the characters and their personality way more than in the original "create a sim"-menu. I had to pay 9$ for the tool or similar, and it's only to be used for one computer - meaning I've probably bought it for three different computers at this point.

I've spent a couple of hours a while back creating some families based on Final Fantasy VII and Dragon Ball Z using this tool that I did pay for with real money. The characters have the correct love-interests, the most suitable professions/jobs, the most likely interests and they have relations based on their lore. I've edited every possible area to make them as close as possible to their game-counterparts but in The SIMS.

This is Simitone, a new gaming engine for The Sims released in its first version five years ago in 2017 but updated as late as this year. The engine allows you to play The Sims (1) in full 3D graphics. The engine is based off of the engine for The Sims Online - an online-version of The Sims released in the year 2002 and later discontinued. Fans of The Sims recreated the game and named the new version Free Sims Online or simply FreeSO - the engine has then been used to also port the original game into it as the online game used the same assets and models just in a more modern game engine than the first Sims game - an engine in full 3D.

I did download Simitone after watching a Youtube-video of it like back in December 2020, so I've known about it since then - so for about almost two years now. I haven't made any videos of it in the past except the two or three videos I did stream on Twitch last year around this time - videos on Twitch are removed after some time. I've since then learnt how to add custom characters to Simitone without parts missing and in this video I'll be previewing each family in the Neighborhood-view that I've added as of yet.

- Simitone is a fan-made new engine for The Sims allowing you to play The Sims in full 3D. And the game still looks cool even on my older gaming computer - just with worse resolution. You do need The Sims: Complete Collection for FreeSO and Simitone to run. It requires the original game including all the expansions so that's why the Complete Edition is needed.

Custom Characters can be added but It is advised to be careful and add few one step at a time as its more likely to cause issues in Simitone if you're not careful.
