Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Part 86: Electra's Resolve & The New Theory
3This continues on from Part 85, where I have to raise Electra's Trust to unlock Level 4 of her Affinity Chart. This will let me reach higher levels of her "Mastery of Thunder" Field Skill.
I take on more Quest to raise that Trust until I pull this off at 22:00, which also raised Electra's Mastery of Thunder to Level 4, and this happens to me right in Argentum, too.

At the Salvage Deck of Argentum, there's a puzzling machine there that some folks are trying to figure out how to activate. If you have Electra's Mastery of Thunder 4, as well as a staggering Electric Master 10, you can do something about this thing. I needed to pull out as many Electric Blades as I could to pull this off!
After a long session on concentrating her electricity into the machine, Electra eventually got it to work. It displayed a dazzling view of the stars, just as long as she fed it her power.
She felt so happy that her power can make so many others happy. Right now, the last thing she wanted to do was return to that one Gormotti boy in Torigoth that she accidentally zapped and let him now that everything was alright now.

When you're in Torigoth, you're gonna have to search around for people who might know where that boy is. More directly, talk to Mina about him. She knows the boy as Izzi, and thought Electra was out to zap him again. Tora had to tell her that Electra wanted to apologize to Izzi, so she got their trust, for now.
Izzi went off to find some rare bugs in Koorell Pool. So you should head there.

This pool is somewhere in a cave area, but in order to reach that place, you need to drop down into a cave guarded by the infamous Immovable Gonzales!
Eventually, Electra does find Izzi, but he was cornered by a nasty Nanda Arachno! Electra wasn't going to let it get to him!
After squashing the spider, Electra could finally apologize to Izzi, and Izzi was able to hug her without getting zapped in the process. Electra also thanked Izzi for helping her learn to love her powers, and learning to use them to help and protect others.
Electra and the others were able to bring Izzi back to Torigoth safely, and as an extra thanks, he even invited her to play with him and his friends later.
Electra was ready to be a new her!

Finally beat Electra's Blade Quest. It feels good to see this hamster feel more better about herself. These Blade Quests are optional, but it does give more light to how these Rare Blades see their worlds.

Before I finished that Blade Quest, I saw that Theory's Core Crystal had finally gone blue, again. So now I was able to reawaken her.
As seen before, Theory is an Ice Chroma Katana Blade. She seems to be an opposite Praxis in how while Praxis is more cheery and spunky, Theory has a more stoic and calm attitude. I've been pretty convinced that they're twins.
Just like Praxis, Theory was designed by an artist codenamed CHOCO, who has gone on to be one of the bigger character artists for Xenoblade in general alongside Masatsugu Saito, including for this game's sequel!

There's one more Blade Quest I wanna take on before the end of this playthrough, and thankfully for all of you, it's a Blade Quest that directly mixes itself in with my progress through the rest of Chapter 8's plot.
