Xenoblade Chronicles 3: Part 88: The Second Day of Prison
1Another day of prison for Ouroboros. One more day after this, and they can commence their huge escape plan with Ghondor.

Today's task from the guards was to kill and reduce the Feris population from the Perimeter Woodland. They then have to report their kills to the guards for evaluation.
This is because the prisoners have to take down the berserk Feris, ones thave have already tore their fangs through people already. The guards seem a bit TOO eager to see more of that today, and they're even saving their Levnises - which would've made this an easier task - for their training exercise tomorrow.
Once again, slacking off and/or any suspicious activity, and the guards will just kill them, themselves.

So instead of a fetch quest, you got a hunting mission. For BERSERK Ferises...
...and the first of these is one that has already mauled a poor prisoner. Ghondor's gang had just found this same beast, but you help her fight it off.
Again, part of "laying low" for the escape plan means that you can't use any Interlinks. Not that that's needed anyway.
The Berserk Feris ends up running away, so Ouroboros will have to chase after it before it escapes. Sena gets too concerned with the solder that it hurt, but Ghondor scolded them to get up. She then had to just stick with them while Ouroboros continued their hunt.
The Berserk Feris is on the other side of this woodland, towards the outer gates. Run up to it and bring it down for good.

From there, it was time to report to the guards. Meanwhile Ghondor will scout around for how her escape plan will actually work.
Go to the guard indoors, and Ouroboros will present the Berserk Feris' horns to him...
...and he was not convinced...
The team was forced to find better horns to scalp from a Berserk Feris, but then Ghondor comes in clutch to give a GIANT Feris Horn to them as a favor.
From there, the guard is finally convinced, and relives Ouroboros from any further duties for the rest of the day.
It was time for another rest, but before that, Ghondor briefed Ouroboros on when and where her escape plan will start tomorrow. Her group will create a diversion with the remaining guards that will give Ouroboros an opening to dash out from the west gate.
Again... Ghondor seems to outright hate her mother, Monica. She just keeps calling her "Bitchqueen". What happened between them for her to be like this to her...?
(I guess this would make her a “Bitchprincess”?)
Taion also still had doubts that Ghondor's plan would even work, especially with the lack of a Plan B…

Later on, in preparing for a rest, Ghondor had a chat with Sena about her incredible strength in their fight the other day.
They both encountered Shania, who was less-than-thrilled to see Ghondor, again. The feeling was mutual...
...and poor Sena was caught in-between all of this for a moment.
Ghondor used to be friends with Shania, but then Shania got way too clingy with Ghondor, always trying to replicate her skills and fighting prowess.
One day in the City, Ghondor had enough, and told Shania off to stop copying her so damn much! Especially since she thought doing that would help her be approved as an Ouroboros canidate.
Shania took that VERY personally, especially with the tone Ghondor took with her.
Ghondor thought she was in the right to tell Shania off like that, but Sena believed she was being too hard on her...
However... suspiciously... based on this past conflict, it felt like Shania was starting to plan something of her own...
Tomorrow... things will be more clear...
