Y PPA Manager is a useful application for managing your Repositories in Ubuntu & Linux Mint, it comes with the ability to Add, Remove, Purge, and Search for New repos to add.
It provides a decent GUI alternative to Software Sources in Ubuntu which has a bug in 11.10 where it doesn't automatically download signing keys.

Install Instructions:
Open Terminal and enter the following:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/y-ppa-manager
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install y-ppa-manager
