■Ingredients (2 servings)
・175g firm tofu
・50g pizza cheese
・1/2 tablespoon potato starch
・A little salt and pepper
■Procedure
(1) Cut the tofu into 6 equal parts on the long side, arrange them on kitchen paper and leave for about 5 minutes. Wipe off the water by sandwiching it between kitchen paper, and sprinkle potato starch all over.
(2) Put pizza cheese in an egg pan, spread it out, and arrange the tofu from step 1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on it, heat over low-medium heat, and bake for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
(3) Remove from the oven, turn over, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the tofu is browned. (Cut into bite-sized pieces before serving. Serve with ketchup or sauce to taste.)
