"Salted and Green Onion Noodles"
■Ingredients (2 servings)
・150g somen noodles
・120g pork belly shabu-shabu meat
・70g green onions
☆Soup
・300cc water
・1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder
・1/4 teaspoon salt
・1 teaspoon soy sauce
★For green onions
・1/2 teaspoon white sesame seeds
・1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
To finish
・A little black pepper
■Procedure
(1) Cut off the roots of the green onions and cut them into small pieces. Put the green onions and ★ in a bowl and mix.
(2) Boil water in a pot, spread out the pork in it, and boil until the meat is cooked through, then remove it. Remove the scum, add the somen noodles, and boil for the time indicated on the package, rinse under running water, and drain.
(3) Put ☆ in a pot and heat over medium heat, bringing to a boil (soup).
(4) Place somen noodles in a bowl, top with pork, and pour the soup over. Add 1 and sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
