970"Bacon Cheese Hotcakes"
■Ingredients (2 slices)
・150g hotcake mix
・1 egg
・100cc milk
・6 slices bacon
・50g pizza cheese
・1 teaspoon salad oil
☆Toppings
・10g salted butter
・Appropriate amount of maple syrup
■Procedure
(1) Mix hotcake mix, egg, and milk in a bowl (batter).
(2) Add salad oil to a frying pan and spread thinly with kitchen paper. Heat over medium heat, add 1/2 the bacon and cook until the fat comes out. Sprinkle 1/2 the pizza cheese, pour in 1/2 the batter, and cook over low heat for about 4 minutes. Flip and cook for about 2 minutes. Cook a total of 2 slices in the same way.
(3) Place on a plate, top with butter and drizzle with maple syrup.
