Yamaha PSR 520 keyboard didn't sent Note off signal to the computer using usb-to-MIDI interface

I use MIDI OX software to investigate the signal send or receive by the computer attached to MiDI keyboard via usb-to-midi interface and I notice that my Yamaha PSR 520 keyboard didn't sent Note off signal to the computer as it supposed right after I de press a note or sent the Note off signal a long time than it should be or a.k.a delayed to the computer. This is an old keyboard. I use usb-to-midi cable to connect my Yamaha keyboard to computer.

The reason of this case is is usb-to-midi isn't reliable.

I use no brand usb-to-midi interface. I bought around Rp. 37.500 or around $4.
