Yard Reconstruction, Root Crop and Oat Sowing, Harvesting Potatoes | Zielonka Farm | FS 22 | ep #10
281Welcome back to the Zielonka Farm Timelapse. Initially, we retail various products sourced from our enterprises, including bread, accessories, and straw baskets. Presently, our focus shifts towards seeding the prepared fields. Our first task involves procuring a bed-forming cutter, the GRIMME GF 800, which we affix to the FENDT Favorit Vario 900 tractor. While a hired hand prepares the planting beds, we equip the sprayer for replenishing the fertilizer in the corn fields.
Upon completion, we return the machinery to the depot, preparing to switch to planting root crops. Acquiring the KVERNELAND Miniair Nova Fold, we connect it to the ZETOR CRYSTAL 16045 tractor. Subsequently, we delegate the task of sowing carrots to a hired worker in a designated field. For sowing oats, we employ the UNIA FENIX 3000 seeder, hitched to the FIAT 160-90 DT tractor, proceeding to the designated field.
While our laborers tend to the fields, we undertake a yard reconstruction project. Beginning with the construction of a new warehouse, we relocate the grain from the old facility. Simultaneously, we erect a shed to house the equipment and a new chicken coop, accommodating 360 chickens and providing them with sustenance.
Upon the completion of fieldwork with the FENDT Favorit Vario 900 tractor, we repurpose it for potato harvesting. In preparation, we acquire new equipment: the GRIMME KS 75-2 tops remover and the GRIMME GT170 potato digger. Additionally, we procure a compact ZETOR FORTERRA HSX tractor, fitted with a loader trailer for efficient operations.
