YIIK: A Postmodern RPG (Y2K ポストモダンRPG, "Y2K: Postmodern RPG") is a role-playing game developed by Ackk Studios and published by Ysbryd Games for the Nintendo Switch, as well as the PlayStation 4, and Home PCs. It was originally released in North America on January 17, 2019.

The concept for YIIK: A Postmodern RPG was inspired by the cultural and social climate of the late 1990s, particularly the Y2K phenomenon and the sense of mystery and uncertainty surrounding that time period. The developers aimed to create a game that captures the essence of that era while exploring themes of existentialism, conspiracy theories, and personal introspection.

Throughout the development, the team embraced an iterative design philosophy. Actively seeking feedback from playtesters and the gaming community, incorporating suggestions and making adjustments to improve the game's mechanics, pacing, and overall player experience.

They are still working on the game even after release, with the release of YIIK version I.V tenatively slated to release sometime in 2023, along with the physical run of the game via Limited Run Games.

The game was composed by Andrew Allanson, along with several guest composers, including Toby Fox who composed this track. The goal was to created a mix of atmospheric and retro-inspired music to match the game's setting and themes.
