Here is one of the games that is part of Nintendo Switch Online's collection of Nintendo 64 games, this game is Yoshi's Story. This game released in 1997, and it is the second game in the Yoshi series, after Yoshi's Island for the SNES. In this game, Baby Bowser steals the Super Happy Tree, and turns Yoshi's Island into a picture book, six Yoshis go on an adventure to rescue the Super Happy Tree, eating fruit along the way.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Yoshi's Story released in 1997 for the Nintendo 64, and this game was originally going to be known as Yoshi's Island 64, and it would have been a sequel to Yoshi's Island for the SNES.
In this game, Baby Bowser steals the Super Happy Tree, and you play as six Yoshis which hatched from the eggs, and they go to rescue the Super Happy Tree from Baby Bowser.
In each level, there are a bunch of fruit, and you have to eat 30 fruit to complete the level, each Yoshi has a favourite fruit, watermelons are a favourite for Green Yoshi, apples are liked by Red Yoshi and Pink Yoshi, grapes are preferred by Blue Yoshi and Light Blue Yoshi, and bananas are the Yellow Yoshi's favourite. Before starting the course in Page 1, a Lucky Fruit will be chosen at random, and it rewards 8 hearts when eaten, no matter what colour the Yoshi is, and each course has 30 melons and 12 Lucky Fruit, melons give 3 hearts and are liked by all Yoshi colours.
The first course I do is Treasure Hunt, this is like the beginner level of this game, and there are a bunch of Shy Guys in the course, when Yoshi eats a Shy Guy, they will turn into an egg of the same colour, so if a Red Shy Guy was eaten, it would turn into a Red Yoshi Egg, and Yoshi can throw eggs at enemies, and you can use it to pop bubbles and reveal secrets.
The elephant holding the sign post is known as Pak E. Derm, and he will block you path, to get past him, do a Ground Pound to make him fall over, and you can take the other side of the path. This course has a challenge course, when you cross the flag, you have to race to the finish, and you can earn a bunch of melons for completing the course.
Each course has a bunch of round characters called Miss Warps, they are numbered 1 to 4, and you can use them to warp if you have woken up two Miss Warps, and if you lose on a course, you will be sent back to the highest numbered Miss Warp on the map.
In the second half of the course, we meet Poochy, a dog that appears in the Yoshi's Island series, and Poochy will make stops and when he barks, this will mark hidden coins or secrets, so do a Ground Pound to reveal them, another way to uncover secrets is having Yoshi sniff for fruit. Each course has three Special Hearts, when you collect them, you can unlock new levels on the next page, and each page has four levels, so you have to collect three Special Hearts in each course if you want to do the fourth level for each page.
When you have eaten 30 fruit in each level, that is the level complete, and you will then access the next page in the story. Yoshi's Story is an interesting game, while I don't tend to be that much into the Yoshi's Island series, I don't mind Yoshi's Story as a game, but I wouldn't say it's one of my favourite games on the Nintendo 64, this is the first game where Yoshi uses his current voice, Yoshi is voiced by Kazumi Totaka, who also voices Shy Guy, Birdo, and Professor E. Gadd in the Super Mario series.
