This is a SEGA classic Altered Beast for the arcade machine System 16, played on Zeebo in v. 1.04 emulator.

Seeing the graphics we could speculate that either the emulator's author did not implement correct decryption routines, or some additional files should be used. After multiple tries with various roms, including decrypted ones, only this one managed to launch and run.

The standard Dragon controller is usable.

Use ZL button to insert credits, and ZR to start the game or resurrect when the player is dead. Use d-pad for movement and buttons 1,3,4 to control the player. Reboot the console to quit.
