Previously, Link explored Hyrule Castle past the Dining Hall. He checked out Princess Zelda's Room. Eventually, he made it to the Sanctum at the top. In the Sanctum, he found the Royal Guard Cap. With the Royal Guard armor set complete, Link finished the quest "EX Royal Guard Rumors". He also stocked up on various types of arrows and did Snowball Bowling for more rupees. Now, he will confront Ganon for the main quest "Defeat Ganon".

Link resumes at his house in Hateno Village. He equips the Savage Lynel Bow that he won from a Lynel, as well as Ancient Arrows. He also eats some Mighty Simmered Fruit for a high-level attack power boost. He is wearing his Wild set, but you may want to wear something more appropriate.

When he is ready, Link teleports to the Travel Medallion gate that he made outside the Sanctum in Hyrule Castle (time 1:10).

Some scenes take place when Link enters the Sanctum (time 1:51). Calamity Ganon, the Scourge of Hyrule Castle, emerges. If Link has liberated the Divine Beasts, some helpful events will take place, and half of Calamity Ganon's health will be depleted. However, if Link failed to liberate any of the Divine Beasts, he would have to face their bosses here.

After the scene, the battle against Calamity Ganon begins (time 5:11). Calamity Ganon has numerous attacks that can deplete Link's health rapidly. His left foreleg can fire Guardian lasers. The fiery sword in his right hand can make an arc of fire when Ganon swings it horizontally. The vertical sword slash can hurt, but Link can also perfect-dodge it for a flurry strike opportunity. Shooting Calamity Ganon with Ancient Arrows can interrupt many of the enemy's attacks. Ganon can also crawl around on the wall. One of its worst attacks is a fireball that will produce a massive explosion when it hits the floor.

A new wrinkle pops up when Calamity Ganon's health reaches one-fourth (time 5:44). Calamity Ganon raises a barrier that blocks numerous attacks. Link takes an opportunity to photograph the enemy for the Hyrule Compendium. If Link perfect-dodges an attack or perfect-blocks a Guardian laser, it may strike Ganon and knock him stunned to the floor. Daruk's Protection can also deflect Guardian lasers.

Another scene takes place after Link defeats Calamity Ganon (time 7:37). Could it be that simple?

Link arrives next to his current horse, Silver, on Hyrule Field (time 9:01). Unfortunately, his job is not done yet. The enemy becomes Dark Beast Ganon, Hatred and Malice Incarnate. It resembles his familiar piggy form. Its very body is made of Malice. Fortunately, Zelda entrusts Link with the Bow of Light, which shoots bolts of pure light.

After the scenes, the battle against Dark Beast Ganon begins (time 10:16). If you know what to do and have a good, obedient mount, this is easier than the battle against Calamity Ganon. Link should first ride forward and pick up the Bow of Light. Dark Beast Ganon's main attack is to shoot a beam of energy ahead. Link can easily evade this while mounted. From the enemy's side, Link takes the opportunity to photograph it for the Hyrule Compendium.

At intervals, Zelda will produce large golden targets on Dark Beast Ganon's body. Link must shoot these targets with the Bow of Light to deal damage. The seventh target will appear on Ganon's belly.

Eventually, the last target will become available (time 13:12). It is a giant Glowing Eyeball in Dark Beast Ganon's forehead. However, when Link aims for the eyeball, Ganon will hide it. Note that Dark Beast Ganon's attacks generage an updraft. When Dark Beast Ganon reveals the eyeball, Link must ride an updraft and fire on the eyeball from midair. He should not be quick to pull out his Paraglider again, either; he should stay in slowed time until his light bolt hits the Glowing Eyeball. Otherwise, Ganon will retract the eyeball before the bolt hits.

The battle is won when Link shoots the Glowing Eyeball in Dark Beast Ganon's forehead (time 18:43). A scene takes place. Could this finally be the end of Ganon? Somehow, I doubt it! "Destroy Ganon" complete!

Afterwards, a scene takes place between Link and Zelda (time 20:44).

The description is continued in the comments.
