While acknowledging talks about Tomahawk missiles are still “not off the table,” Zelensky confirmed that both sides agreed to stop the fighting where they are and focus on dialogue. He admitted that Russia fears a potential Tomahawk deployment, calling it a “strong weapon,” but noted the U.S. is cautious about further escalation.
