It feels like ages since I last uploaded. I won't lie, I feel a bit guilty about that, BUT I switched software a while ago, so I've spent quite a lot of time learning how to use it (I've spent way too long reading manuals). I now use Cubase to make music and I am really enjoying the software so far. If anything, my workflow has hugely increased - I've almost finished my next upload (It's a Danganronpa one from the anime!).
Anyway, I really wanted to do a full version of Confession from the moment I finished making the medley. I incorporated quite a few different aspects from both the VLR and the ZTD remix of Confession, with a different piano playing a slightly varied rhythm towards the end, similar to the ZTD mix of Confession. The difficulty was mainly in trying to create the same ambience as the original but with strings. While it might sound like it, I actually didn't just take the shorter version from the medley and just extend it; I started from scratch, recording everything all other again while trying hard not to listen to the version I already made. I wanted to change it up a bit and include some original sections. Naturally though, a lot of it is quite similar, but some of the strings are doing pretty interesting things.
I'm considering only doing Danganronpa arrangements up until V3 comes out. Partly because I just love the idea of focusing on Danganronpa, partly because I'm just sooo ready for V3 already, but also since I am already making music for an amazing fan made game I've mentioned before called 'Danganronpa Multiplayer' (more on that on the next video). So I'm doing Danganronpa-ish stuff already and I'm really in the mood for some groovy arrangements!
