It has been way too long since I last uploaded anything. But I've played and finished Daganronpa V3 now. Amazing game, but I won't go into any of it here in fear of spoilers. Sidenote - my favourite character is Himiko!
In terms of the music though, I loved making this so much. For anyone who hasn't played any of the Danganronpa games, 'Despair Searching' is heard during the investigation segments of the games, where your aim is gather evidence to solve a murder. The investigation pieces in Danganronpa are known for having a trumpet play the melody, so as I was finishing this arrangement off, I knew I wanted to include one. Like my arrangement of Ikoroshia (another investigation theme from the series), creating it mainly involved messing around and experimenting with loads of different instruments and ideas until I eventually came up with something that actually sounded like a piece of music. I don't think I ever really intended for the project to be Despair Searching at the start, but things just sort of fell into place!
