I’m an competitive endurance runner (2023–present) and a former multi-event athlete and elite age-group sprinter (2018–2023). From field events and sprinting on the track, to road running, and now trail running (2026–present), running has always been part of who I am.

After being diagnosed with asthma in 2023, running became more than just a sport, it became my escape, focus, and freedom, and competitive.

This channel documents the journey as a runner.
