I’m an Endurance Road & Track Hybrid Athlete, (2023–present). Level 2 Sports Coach. Former sprinter (2018–2023), and now trail runner (2026–present). Running has always been part of who I am.

After being diagnosed with asthma in 2023, it boosted my confidence to prove nothing can stop you from doing what you love.
