Not much progress I'm afraid. I do get it powered on (±5VDC and +12VDC) but nothing definitive for video output ... of course, I'm making the assumption that it's otherwise working. So the next step will be investigating the CPU, etc. with a logic analyser.

I did notice a lot of heat on the КР580ВМ80А (KR580VM80A, the 8080 clone CPU).
