Samsung has launched its Galaxy J2 2016 smartphone in India for Rs. 9,750. It succeeds the Galaxy J2 and comes with several upgrades over the predecessor. In this video, I will share 10 reasons why you should buy the Galaxy J2 2016.
1. Design
First reason is that the Galaxy J2 2016 packs a slightly different design compared to the predecessor. It looks similar to other J series phones front the front. It features plastic body, curved corners and chrome rim on the sides. But there are a lot of design tweaks that it brings with it. It comes with a pattern on the edges and on the rear for better grip. There is also a Smart Glow ring on the rear that alerts users about battery, data usage and more. The Galaxy J2 2016 features a plastic body, yet the build quality of the phone is good. It is a sturdy and compact phone with nice grip.
2. Smart Glow
Second reason is the most interesting one. The Galaxy J2 2016 features a Smart Glow ring that sits on the rear of this phone and alerts users about battery, data usage and more. It also helps users in capturing selfies with the rear camera.
3. Rear Cam Selfie
Next reason is the rear cam selfie feature in the camera app in which the smart glow ring assists users in capturing selfies with the rear camera. The smart glow ring glows to provide you visual clues. It will direct you to move the phone to left or right for positioning your face properly to capture selfies. We tried this feature and we found it to be pretty accurate in positioning our face properly to get decent selfies.

Fourth reason is that it features Turbo Speed technology which is again an interesting feature. This technology optimizes the inbuilt apps of the phone to deliver smooth performance.

Next reason is that it comes with an S Bike mode that turns the phone into a bikers phone to avoid distraction. It avoids distraction of the bikers due to incoming calls and helps them to concentrate on the road.
6. Ultra Data Saving Mode
Sixth reason is that it comes with an Ultra data saving mode that compresses cellular data across all contents such as videos, photos, media, almost all apps and websites.

The Galaxy J2 2016 does impress us with the upgrades and improvements that it brings with it over its predecessor.
