Replica Background:
Russian aviation in the 1930s was renown for giant aircraft that were so huge and slow, they must have been held aloft by the mutual will of the proletariat!

The TB-3 was the world's first cantilever wing four-engine heavy bomber and could carry tremendous loads over long distances at a leisurely top speed of 212 kph!

The TB-3 AM-34RD was a streamlined long range variant used for flights to Paris, Rome and Warsaw. Some had 3-bladed propellers, and is the basis for this KSP 1.02 replica shown here.
