It’s fair to say that the Armored Core series has been in the cult classic corner for a while now, but Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon has, funny enough, lit a fire under us to actually give the games a go. That’s what this video is about.

We decided to go with Armored Core: Last Raven for our first run, because its 24-hour plotline sounded intriguing. That also inspired us to undertake a fun challenge -- we only gave ourselves 24 hours to play the game. This video is meant to both document that experience and demonstrate what it’s like to play Armored Core for the first time.

Those looking to play Fires of Rubicon can do so on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC. If you’re interested in going back to earlier titles in the series, you’ll find them on a variety of PlayStation and Xbox consoles, as well as PC.
