The following commands are prefixed with three letters which represent the settings of the command block. E.g IUN: = Impulse Unconditional Needs_Redstone. These prefixes need to be removed if copying the commands.
Since angled brackets are not allowed in YouTube descriptions you will have to replace "greater than" with the appropriate angled bracket. Ascii code: 62

IUN: execute positioned ~ ~ ~ summon sheep store result entity @s Color byte 1 run random value 0..14
Summon with tag:
IUN: summon sheep ~ ~ ~4 {Tags:["mySheep","paintMe"]}
CUA: execute store result entity @e[type=sheep, tag=paintMe, limit=1] Color byte 1 run random value 0..14
CUA: tag @e[type=sheep, tag=paintMe] remove paintMe
