7:40 Item slota are full, so newly drawn item cards are skipped.
8:25 not quite. The randomizer cards should be replaced with the actual decks. And for that it's the best to wrap each group with a paper band.
11:50 another way would be to spend a gray cypher (that candy like token).
12:10 Prepare hasn't survived in the deck building world, sadly. But TSA has it.
