Seems like a good start. Honestly, the bit where you check flights and go to bars and sleep would probably handle better in the roguelike environment if you went non-modal on it (i.e., move the @ to various places): while I understand that essentially takes longer for the same thing, you could also work other stuff into it in order to keep that part interesting. The gameplay's cool but lacking in ability to skillfully succeed, I think.
