Our next challenge is to find the jerk firing lances in my general direction carelessly. Thankfully this is fairly easy as long as you have gotten used to the enemies here. The hardest part is simply getting TO the tower, which is easy provided you get into the building after he starts firing. I'd recommend making a dash for it, he WILL fire at you relentlessly until you talk and make peace with him.
