Surely you remember the dragon from the high wall of Lothric, well if you have a bow/crossbow and about 40-60 arrows/bolts you can somewhat easily get it to move. The trickiest part is finding the right place to fire from, underneath it is real safe but really hard to hit due to it's head moving constantly. Best bet is to shoot it in the shoulder standing where I show.
