This is a gentle educational ramble for people who worry about making the "right" decision and not making the "wrong" decision. I unpack those worries while I talk about decision-making, analysis paralysis, choice satisfaction, cognitive biases, black-and-white thinking, and other topics. I use an ongoing analogy about trying to choose which car to buy, but this audio applies to all sorts of different decisions. There's elements of CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and helping you recognise and challenge biased and unhelpful thought processes you have when analysing your past decisions, and I help you to build confidence in your decision-making ability.
