Now that I've got the Use-to-Pickup addon truly loaded, it's all up to me now to cease wasting item pickups left and right. Finally, all the whining I've done from Strife all the way to here can cease.

Hopefully, anyways. Seeing as how picking up small items can get a pinch longwinded, we'll see just how long I can stand not picking up health bonuses automatically.
