This analysis is heavily focused towards single player speedrunning perspective.

Raph is the first character I used to speedrun and for a good reason, he has the ability to stun bosses which cuts down a lot of RNG for the battles thanks to a glitch that got fully fixed as of December 2022. Luckily I do have access to the earlier version that has the glitch fully active.

Back in October I had a run that was around the 1 hour and 5 minute mark but lately as of Jan 2023, I am able to cut it down to a mid-57 which is nearly 30 seconds behind Chill difficulty WR and the main improvement comes down to luck rather than "route planning"/skill.

The character isn't flawless as he struggles against a certain enemy type without meter and his ground super is costly if used incorrectly.
