Time to continue Resident Evil 4 Remake

After Ashley's bold (and highly confusing) move last time the dynamic duo have been separated. Leon hurries to find her, hopefully she;s still close, but what if she's not?! The cult are after her and anything everything can change round here in seconds, we know that from our own experience. Speaking of crazy cult people, we very quickly run into a whole pile of them, including some sort of shrine, mutilated corpses, a scary priesty guy and loads of random followers. A note nearby tells us to "Consign the Crimson Flame", seems to basically want us to dome the priest and take his cool lantern, so that's what we set out to do. It proves harder than expected, much harder, but we eventually do it and head one.

It feels like Ashley shouldn't have gotten that far but she seems to have, where on earth is she?! We finally find a room that seems promising with an open window, only for it to be an Ada reunion not an Ashley reunion. Ada makes a terrible impression, pulls a gun on Leon only to get outfoxed by his new ninjutsu chops. She seems to want Leon to abandon Ashley but simultaneously does a terrible job of presenting a reason to do that or even to like her, before vanishing rudely out the window and leaving Leon with a mountain of confused feelings no doubt.

Things don;t get much better for the poor fella ahead as we run into a Lithographic Stone puzzle which proves a real reach for my brain somehow. And beyond that is a new and horrifying enemy, what fun! It's some sort of giant spider/facehugger looking thing and there aren't enough bullets in the world to kill it thoroughly enough for comfort. We finally catch a break after that with our friend the merchant but it looks like some sort of wall running gauntlet is ahead next time, lucky us! :S
