Time for more Days Gone :)
We're riding out from Lost Lake to check on Boozer. The Mission is called "I Got Work to Do" but what kind of work have they got him doing, guy has one arm and he;s barely out of hospital! Wolves decide to try to eat us on the way and we barely make it through the town but we eventually reach the place where boozer is currently: a farm. We're here to check on Boozer at the farm and that's literally all there is to it. We're like "Hey Boozer how's things?" and Boozer just kind of miserably mumbles back and keeps hoeing. I don't think he's too engrossed to talk and the sight of him being converted into some sort of farm weirdo is too much to bare, we got to rescue him! Addy agrees but what should we do?
We head back to Lost Lake listening to Copeland talk nonsense on the radio while we smite zombies. As we get near the camp we see something lying in the road, looks like a person so we head over to help. And that's when the sniper shoots us in the kidney X_X Deacon is flung off Bichael and we have to dash for cover, the sniper's on a perch up in a tree. By some miracle of fluke and low IQ wizardry we manage to hit the sniper with a blindly thrown flashbang, as in it physically knocks him out before it even explodes hah. The person on the road was in a sort of hostage situation which we've now defused so we release then and tell them to head for Iron Mike's Lost Lake camp. He heads the complete opposite direction despite being at the bridge into the camp but that's no longer my problem.
We head into camp ourselves and discover Skizzo and Iron Mike bickering about something. They're discussing somewhere that the TNT we need for our big plan is stored and Skizzo has just revealed that they "lost people in there before", Torres and Evans, also that he forgot to tell Mike. Skizzo and Deacon bicker a bit too as we arrive, Skizzo doesn't trust us still and attempts to insult Deacon by calling him "some kind of freak expert" which is a bizarre way to insult someone hah. Mike breaks it up and it ends up with both Skizzo and Deacon on a mission together (hooray) to go to the mine and get the TNT, that very night! We'll meet Skizzo at the gate next time and set out once I've worked up the restraint to not explode him along the way, Iron Mike made us promise not to :[
