Glitches are allowed in this run. The corner glitch isn't present in this version but if you hold the 🠉 and ◆ keys (Shift and Control if using Virtual TI) when entering a mountain, you'll instantly complete it. Hold those buttons when entering Cloudy Mountain and you'll enter with one half of the crown already collected. There is a pause with each mountain you skip. The goals here were to therefore go through the least mountains possible and only move left or diagonally left, such that we get to Cloudy Mountain in the shortest time. With only six mountains of separation, I believe this overworld map layout provides the shortest route. There were a few very brief pauses on the map where I could've gotten under 11 seconds without them, but the second crown piece spawning in the adjacent chamber on Cloudy Mountain is rare enough that I'm good with this result.
