I wasn't really planning on glitching this game, but one thing just led to another. Oh well. This video mostly focuses on various character change glitches, as well as some softlocks.

---

0:00 - if you jump a short time after changing characters, the camera will start shaking indefinitely.

0:18 - you can have your characters punch each other by doing a melee attack with a certain timing after changing characters. The punch makes a crunch, but doesn't actually seem to do any damage.

0:30 - if you switch characters and open Pause-menu at a certain timing, the camera starts zooming in and out uncontrollably. If you close the menu quick enough, the effect is usually harmless. Wait too long, however, and the game will crash the instant you close the menu.

0:48 - you can break out of cars by changing characters and entering a car at a specific timing. This makes the camera focus on the car and most of your actions become disabled, but your character still stays outside the car.

You can only jump to move around. Specials, melee, etc. are disabled at the moment. Trying to aim may make the character rotate in place, as seen on this clip.

(Not on the vid: if you keep jumping, you can move very far away from your car and the camera's current location. I'm not sure if this would help in creating additional glitches that are related to level streaming. The break-out can be ended at any time by switching characters again - this returns camera back to normal.)

1:14 - if you open the Hub-menu twice while in car break-out mode, you start another glitched state. Let's call it "HUDless" state. The HUD disappears and you can no longer enter any menus again. Even more curiously, most prompts can't be used, and it seems quest triggers don't work either.

2:00 - I go to the yard with music playing in Red Aisha's first quest. Normally entering the yard would cause dialogue to play, then some explosions, then the game would give you the order to destroy the speakers. However, because I'm in HUDless mode, there is no dialogue and the speakers remain invulnerable forever. Since the glitch can't be stopped any way either, the whole game is now in an unwinnable state (until you reset).

2:40 - another HUDless mode test. I got all my characters killed in HUDless mode to see what would happen... Since the game over menu cannot open, Oni remains hunched down in humiliation forever. And you're softlocked.

3:10 - here are some more softlocks, since those are one thing there is no shortage of in this game if you start glitching it.

It's possible to buffer Hub-menu to open behind Pause-menu. If you do so, then choose to "Return to Ark" from the Pause-menu, the game is softlocked upon reaching Ark.

3:44 - if you buffer Hub-menu behind Pause-menu in a simulation, then quit simulation, you get an endless loading screen.

4:04 - same thing happens if you buffer Hub-menu behind Pause-menu while in Ark and choose to "Deploy".

4:19 - if you buffer Hub-menu behind Pause-menu inside a mission and then retry, you get what looks like an endless loading screen, but you can actually operate the Hub-menu behind the loading screen.

If you now close the Hub-menu, the glitch ends. However. if you instead make the fatal mistake of going to Ark, the game will softlock - the seemingly endless loading screen becomes a genuinely endless loading screen.
